- Record signing Barrie Stephen a striker from Deveronvale was purchased in the summer of 2004 for £10,000.00.
- Aberdeenshire District Shield was won for a fifth time as the Maroons retained the trophy against Inverurie Locos, winning 2-1 at Princess Royal Park, Banff on 26th October 2005, despite playing for 78 minutes with only ten men after striker Gary Nicol was sent off.
- Club Captain Darren Still became only the seventh player ever to score 100 competitive goals for Keith when he netted against Lossiemouth on 26th November 2005. He also scored a hat-trick in the same game as the Maroons won 6-1. Superb striking for a midfield player.
- Jamie Lennox with 12 goals became the youngest ever player to top the Club's goalscoring charts for a season at the tender age of 18 years 65 days when the season 2005-06 ended.
